Job summary

Klemchuk PLLC in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Professional Legal Administrator (PLA) to lead operations for a growing law firm. In-office, full-time role focusing on process improvement, staff leadership, HR, and financial oversight to help protect client value and profitability.

You will implement and optimize the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), recruit and train 13-person team, manage vendors, IT, facilities, and share P&L responsibilities with the owner.

Qualifications

• Creating, implementing, and refining business processes to improve law firm profitability
• Employee engagement, leadership, supervision, and termination as well as Human Resource functions
