Job summary

Klemchuk PLLC, a Dallas-based law firm, seeks a Chief People Officer to drive people strategy, culture, and growth as the company expands its footprint. You will report to the CEO and lead the organization’s people initiatives in a fast-paced professional services setting.

As the '#2' in a growth-focused firm, you will implement EOS, build leadership teams for core units, and develop scalable processes to support a 300% growth plan while preserving culture and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in professional services leadership and management.
• Experience with EOS/Traction or similar operating system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) activities and lead weekly L10 meetings.
• Oversee People and Culture strategy and initiatives.
• Manage the business plan and P&L oversight.
• Lead strategic recruiting and growth initiatives.
• Drive special projects and other initiatives as needed.
