Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in law firm operations, supporting attorneys and firm leadership.
• Proven ability to build, refine, and enforce SOPs.
• Comfortable working in a PC-based environment with various tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations of the firm.
• Build, manage, and maintain reporting around new cases and KPIs.
• Create and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee coordination with external vendors.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and manage metrics.
• Partner with leadership to design and maintain a KPI dashboard.
• Align operational initiatives with strategic objectives.
