Job summary

LHH provides a strategic leadership opportunity as Director of Legal Operations to oversee and optimize its legal support functions for a high-volume plaintiffs’ litigation practice. You will lead the legal assistants and paralegals, align staffing with case deadlines, and drive operational excellence across the firm.

In this role, you’ll implement policies, leverage technology such as Litify, and mentor teams to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Legal Operations Manager or Director in a law firm.
• Experience scaling a plaintiff’s litigation practice; wage-and-hour or class action preferred.
• Strong knowledge of legal technology, processes, and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of legal assistants and paralegals across matters.
• Mentor and evaluate staff; manage workload and development.
• Develop policies and standardize workflows firmwide.
• Collaborate with attorneys to align staff with deadlines and court requirements.
• Monitor case management systems for accuracy and timely filings.
