Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in operations, legal operations, client services, or a related business function.
• 2–4 years leading people or operational teams.
• Experience using operational metrics, dashboards, and performance data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Supervisors, providing coaching, direction, performance management, and accountability.
• Own the operational performance of a defined function, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, service, compliance, and client experience goals.
• Translate organizational objectives into functional operating plans, priorities, and measurable performance expectations.
• Establish, monitor, and evaluate functional KPIs; use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
• Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and service delivery.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, workload, and resource allocation to meet operational demands.
• Mitigate operational risks and escalate broader organizational risks as needed.
• Resolve complex issues while ensuring timely execution.
• Develop Supervisors and strengthen frontline leadership through coaching and development.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and performance standards.

Education
