Job summary

IST Management Services is seeking a Law Firm Office Services Team Member to support attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes high-end customer service, copy/mail tasks, and professional conduct.

This full-time position offers on-the-job training, potential advancement toward supervisory roles, and an opportunity to grow into management positions. Annual raise and paid vacation are included as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• 1 year of experience in a professional office or copy/mail center is a plus.
• Experience processing/sorting mail and working in hospitality is beneficial.
• Experience making copies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate mailing, copy, scanning and fax equipment.
• Manage conference rooms.
• Maintain high levels of customer care with a friendly, cooperative attitude.
• Perform typing, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
• Handle shipping & receiving and order supplies.
• Cross-train and maintain logs and reporting documentation.
• Support team and perform other duties as assigned.
