Abogadas305 is hiring a fully remote Bilingual Pre-Suit Case Manager to guide clients from day one through the demand letter. You’ll open claims, arrange medical care, collect police reports and surveillance video, and coordinate with insurers.

You’ll manage a caseload with strong writing, organization, and bilingual English-Spanish communication. Knowledge of Florida auto and premises liability claims is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be pre-suit case management experience at a personal injury firm.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• Strong writing skills with experience drafting demand letters.
• Organized enough to run a full caseload and manage follow-ups.

Responsabilités

• Onboard the client, explain process, and set expectations in English or Spanish.
• Open claims, report PIP, bodily injury, property damage, and UM claims; send letters of representation.
• Set up treatment, schedule appointments, and track attendance and progress.
• Build the evidence file with police reports, photos, witnesses, and video.
• Work with adjusters, handle day-to-day correspondence and resolve issues.
• Keep the client informed with regular status updates.
• Collect records and bills, and lien information until the file is complete.
• Write the demand letter after treatment ends to tell the client’s story and justify damages.
• Keep the file current in the case management system and complete checklists.

About this position

Abogadas305, a bilingual personal injury firm, is hiring a fully remote Bilingual Pre-Suit Case Manager. You’ll guide each client from the day they sign until the demand letter goes out. You’ll open their claims, set them up with medical treatment, gather police reports and surveillance video, and work with insurance adjusters. You’ll keep the client updated at every step. Once treatment ends, you’ll write the demand letter that tells their story to the insurance company. If you have personal injury experience, are fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and like owning a caseload, we want to hear from you. Pay is $45,000–$65,000 plus performance and annual bonuses, with a full benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Onboard the client. Welcome new clients, explain the process, and set expectations in English or Spanish.

• Open the claims. Report PIP, bodily injury, property damage, and UM claims; send letters of representation; confirm coverage.

• Set up treatment. Get the client to the right providers, schedule appointments, and track attendance and progress.

• Build the evidence file. Obtain police and incident reports, photos, witness information, and surveillance video before it disappears.

• Work the adjusters. Handle day-to-day correspondence with adjusters and resolve PIP and property damage issues.

• Keep the client informed. Give regular, proactive status updates so no client has to call to ask where things stand.

• Collect records and bills. Request and follow up on medical records, bills, and lien information until the file is complete.

• Write the demand. Once treatment ends, draft a persuasive demand letter that tells the client's story and supports the damages.

• Keep the file current. Update the case management system and complete each stage's checklist on time.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Florida auto and premises liability claims

• Strong writing skills, with demand letter experience

• Organized enough to run a full caseload without dropping follow-ups
