Legacy Legal Recruiting LLC in Coral Gables, FL, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to manage a litigation caseload from filing through verdict. The ideal candidate handles complex personal injury matters, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and serving as first-chair or second-chair trial counsel.

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar member.
• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Demonstrated first-chair or second-chair jury trial experience.
• Experience handling depositions, mediations, and contested hearings.
• Strong knowledge of Florida civil litigation procedures, evidence rules, and personal injury law.
• Proven track record of obtaining favorable settlements, verdicts, and case resolutions.
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy, negotiation, and courtroom presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume litigation caseload.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

• Manage a litigation caseload from inception through settlement, trial, and post-trial proceedings.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to manage a litigation caseload from filing through verdict. The ideal candidate has a proven track record handling complex personal injury matters, taking and defending depositions, arguing substantive motions, attending mediations, and serving as first-chair or second-chair trial counsel. Must be bilingual and can speak both English and Spanish.

• Strong knowledge of Florida civil litigation procedures, evidence rules, and personal injury law.
• Proven track record of obtaining favorable settlements, verdicts, and case resolutions.
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy, negotiation, and courtroom presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume litigation caseload.
• Excellent organizational and case management abilities.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience managing high-value and complex litigation matters.
• Experience handling catastrophic injury, trucking accidents, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury cases.
• Multiple jury trials to verdict.
