Responsibilities

• Must be proactive and driven to close tasks and activities.
• Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Advise attorneys with cost- and time-effective recommendations to accomplish the client’s goals.
• Able to examine legal documents to ensure all legal requirements have been met.
• Interface with staff, attorneys, and outside vendors to manage the law firm’s caseload, present case summaries/updates, and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Knowledge of drawing up legal documents for attorney review.
• Support attorneys with all aspects of case management, including billing, docketing deadlines, medical records, and reminders as needed.

Bernheim Kelley, LLC, has an opening for a Bilingual Pre- Suit Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager with 5+ years of experience. The firm is looking for a well-rounded candidate who can manage a high volume of cases, who is an effective communicator, incredibly organized, and self-motivated.

This is a fully onsite position at the Fort Lauderdale, Florida location.
