Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in law firm billing.
• Experience editing, drafting, and submitting electronic bills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Edit and process draft bills and submit electronic bills to client portals.
• Assist attorneys with billing narratives, reports, and inquiries.
• Troubleshoot invoice rejections and client billing requirements.
• Handle accounts payable and expense reimbursements and maintain vendor records.
