Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Billing team; establish controls for quality and integrity of billing processes.
• Monitor workload distribution and overtime; collaborate with Director of Revenue Services on changes.
• Maintain hands-on knowledge of billing functions to train and support staff.
• Manage all Billing Department functions; ensure accuracy and deadlines.
• Monitor actual billings against budgets; liaise with Revenue Managers.
• Conduct group and individual training for billing software users.
• Maintain billing training materials and presentations.
• Lead with a results-focused approach; oversee billing progress and analytics.
