Job summary

Draftwise, a NYC-based contract drafting and negotiation AI company, is seeking a Deployment Strategist to embed with leading law firms, discover high‑value problems, and turn discovery into measurable customer outcomes.

This forward‑deployed role centers on product discovery in the field, translating learnings into clear requirements, scoping with Product, Engineering and ML, and delivering prototypes and repeatable playbooks while working onsite with partners and IT.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in deployment strategy or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience turning discovery into clear product requirements.
• Ability to deliver shipped solutions with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers onsite to identify high-value problems.
• Define outcomes and map workflows, data, and constraints.
• Work with documents, data, systems, and Draftwise tools to test feasibility.
• Translate needs into clear product requirements and scope with teams.
• Build prototypes, demos, data transformations, and lightweight automations.
• Identify repeatable patterns to create reusable platform capabilities.
• Present findings and outcomes to partners and IT with field evidence.
