Draftwise is seeking a Product Manager to own product areas end to end, collaborating closely with customers. You will discover where Draftwise can create transformational value, translate customer and user needs into clear product requirements, and drive scoped work through launch and measurable outcomes.

You will spend significant time with customers, working in their documents and systems, and testing rough versions with real users.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in product management or comparable customer-facing technical role.
• Experience building enterprise software for complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.

• Discover the highest-value customer problems and understand stakeholders (partners, associates, knowledge teams, technology leads).
• Define customer outcomes, map workflows, data, and systems to enable value, and prioritize accordingly.
• Turn discovery into shipped product with measurable outcomes, aligning Engineering, ML, Design, and Sales around direction.
• Define success measures up front and maintain accountability for results.
