Job summary

Skydio, Inc. is seeking a driven, customer-facing Program Manager to lead and deliver for Law Enforcement customers. You will manage end-to-end project deployment, design and execute implementation plans, and work closely with Skydio’s engineering and product teams to translate customer requirements into actionable delivery plans.

Qualifications

Experience as a customer-facing professional services / program manager, preferably for law enforcement agencies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including interaction with senior leaders.
Proven track record of implementing new technology and agile development with technical teams.
Experience with Law Enforcement and commercial UAS software development.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive all aspects of implementation and delivery for Law Enforcement customers.
Plan end-to-end deployment and integration activities for platform launch.
Translate customer requirements to agile product and technical teams.
Manage risks, schedule, budget, and performance improvements across contracts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Development and Engineering.
