Job summary

The US Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers in Glynn County, GA seeks a GS-13 level instructional specialist to develop and deliver in-residence and online law enforcement training. Qualifications

• Experience as a sworn law enforcement officer or agent with full arrest authority in the prevention, detection, apprehension, detention and/or investigation of felony and/or misdemeanor violations of federal, state, local, tribal, or military criminal laws.
• OR have held a federal civilian position in the 1801 occupational series.
• One year of specialized experience at GS-13 level or pay band in the federal service performing law enforcement instructor training, curriculum development and instruction.
• Developing and delivering law enforcement training curriculum, in-residence and online.
• Researching, developing, modifying, and instructing law enforcement training curriculum.
• Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level.
• All qualifications and eligibility requirements must be met by the closing date.
• Volunteer experience can count toward qualifying experience.
