Responsibilities

• Instruct in the Driver and Firearms Training Division across topics such as basic marksmanship and driver skills.
• Plan, conduct classroom, laboratory, and field instruction sessions as part of the training program.
• Monitor student progress, document results, and recommend remedial training or procedural changes.
• Research emerging training technologies, practices, and techniques to enhance instruction.
