• Must meet Selective Placement Factor for sworn officer or 1801 series.
• One year specialized experience at GS-13 level performing curriculum development and instruction oversight.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quarterly progress reports and identify needed updates to courses, tests, and documents.
• Assign projects and track progress with Division Chief approval.
• Conduct in-class evaluations of instructors and provide written critique.
• Ensure adherence to directives and policies and provide coaching as needed.
