Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience at GS-12 level or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating and guiding ISD for large training programs.
• Experience leading stakeholder groups and ensuring training objectives align with materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and revision of training programs.
• Serve as subject matter expert in instructional design practices and education technology.
• Lead working groups for Curriculum Development and Curriculum Review Conferences.
• Coordinate ISD processes with stakeholders and partner organizations.
• Support accreditation activities to ensure compliance with FLETA standards.
• Act as primary liaison for training divisions in curriculum design and revision.
