Job summary

City of Phoenix is seeking a Data Integrity Technician for the Phoenix Police Department to input data into local, state, and national law enforcement databases and maintain accuracy in the Records Management System. This role supports sworn personnel, tow companies, and other law enforcement partners in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of general secretarial or skilled typing experience with accurate spelling.
• Ability to learn and apply local, state, and federal laws in data administration.
• Experience with or ability to work in a high-volume data entry environment.
• Successful background check and driving record as required by the City.

Responsibilities

• Input data into local, state, and national law enforcement databases.
• Maintain accuracy of the Records Management System with high-volume workload.
• Respond to teletypes within strict timelines and handle calls from the public.
• Enter privately impounded vehicles and process vehicle repossessions; provide customer service.
