Job summary

Laundry-4U LLC in Houston, TX seeks a dependable Customer Service Advisor to help customers, complete wash-dry-fold orders, and keep the store welcoming. The role requires independent work, a clean, organized space, and the ability to communicate with management and staff.

You will handle customer interactions, operate tablets, and process payments at the POS. Flexible full-time or part-time hours and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of customer service or retail experience
• Basic technology skills (tablets, apps, troubleshooting)
• Ability to use Telegram for shift communication
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• Full-time or part-time schedule
• Weekend availability (Sat & Sun)
• Must be 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly assistance to customers
• Use tablets/apps to complete wash-dry-fold orders and support daily store tasks
• Process wash-dry-fold payments using the POS system
• Monitor machines and keep the store clean, organized, and safe
• Maintain communication with management and support staff, including reporting machine issues, customer concerns, and any incidents
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Support store operations with additional tasks as needed
