Job summary

Globalclassifieds is seeking a dependable Laundry Attendant to join our customer-focused team. This role blends cleaning, front-counter duties, and friendly service to ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Shifts run five days a week from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. You will help customers operate the card system, process orders, and keep the laundromat clean and organized throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Friendly and professional with strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable using a computer and learning a POS system.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive during slower periods.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs.
• Previous cleaning, hospitality, retail, laundromat, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facility Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and maintain floors, folding tables, seating areas, restrooms, and customer spaces.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with carrying laundry and operating card system.
• Order Processing: Accept wash-and-fold, laundry, and dry-cleaning orders; enter into POS system; tag and organize orders; ensure correct delivery.
