Job summary

Laundry Capital Co. LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Jamaica store. You will deliver high levels of customer service, help with laundry cards, machine selection, and sales, while keeping the store clean and safe.

This role reports to a General Manager and requires standing for long shifts, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. The position offers hourly pay of $17.00 and requires flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift 35 pounds.
• Able to work with others and stay calm in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with use of laundry cards and machine selection.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Stock and organize retail items and assist inventory.
• Report maintenance issues using log books and inform supervisor of safety concerns.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.
• Follow company policies and attend work as scheduled.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
