Qualifications

• 8 months of customer service or retail experience
• Basic technology skills (tablets, apps, simple troubleshooting)
• Ability to use Telegram for communication during shifts
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability across all shifts
• Weekend availability (Sat & Sun)
• Must be 18 or older
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Responsabilités

• Assist customers and complete wash-dry-fold orders
• Use tablets/apps to fulfill orders and support store tasks
• Process payments using the POS system
• Monitor machines and keep the store clean, organized, and safe
• Report machine issues, customer concerns, and incidents to management
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Support store operations with additional tasks as needed
