Job summary

JGS Leavitt Family Jewish Home is seeking a Laundry Assistant to support our facilities with laundry operations. This full-time role offers shifts from 5:30AM–1:30PM or 6:30AM–2:30PM, including weekend and holiday rotations, with a pay range of $16.00–$18.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include washing, drying, folding, sorting, and delivering clean linens while maintaining a clean and safe laundry area and adhering to infection-control and confidentiality procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in housekeeping/laundry in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written.
