Laundromax in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers with machine selection, laundry cards, and retail purchases while maintaining a clean, safe, and friendly store environment.

You’ll be the face of the store, handling cash, guiding customers, upselling additional items, and working with the team to ensure smooth daily operations, safety, and excellent service for all customers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
• Professional communication with customers and associates.
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with machine use and sales.
• Operate cash register / POS and handle transactions.
• Know product offerings and upsell when appropriate.
• Keep retail items neatly stocked and organized.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints.
• Follow safety policies and wear a clean uniform.
