Job summary

WashSmart Laundry in Chicago is growing and seeking friendly, customer‑focused staff to join our team at 4314 W. Marquette. You will help customers with payment systems, machine selection, and wash/dry/fold orders while delivering a clean and safe store experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, cash handling skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Spanish bilingual skills are desirable.
• Experience with payment systems preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payment systems, machine selection, and wash/dry/fold orders.
• Handle questions/concerns and escalate to the Store Manager as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper store upkeep.
• Document equipment and building maintenance issues and escalate unsafe situations.
• Present products, educate customers, and process sales.
• Provide quality wash/dry/fold service and accurate logs.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
