Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Virtual Engagement Associate (VEA) Program seeks candidates for start dates in 2027. The program places you in roles supporting Financial Advisors, including client engagement, planning, and workplace engagement, with licensing and training over two years and three months.

You will gain exposure to digital outreach, client analytics, and end-to-end onboarding, aiming to build a foundation in wealth management and advisory solutions at a leading global

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data/metrics and analytics.
• SIE exam completed; Series 7 and 63 sponsorship provided and requires completion within timeframe.
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors to understand business goals and tailor client engagement strategies.
• Develop digital and targeted client outreach strategies including social media content and campaigns.
• Create structured cadences to increase client touchpoints and deepen relationships.
• Analyze client engagement data to identify opportunities and improve client experience.
• Support workplace engagement initiatives and educate clients on Morgan Stanley wealth solutions.
• Assist with onboarding to drive adoption of cash management and self-directed solutions.
• Develop fluency across advisory programs and investment/insurance solutions.
