The RN Resident program is a year-long, paid residency with hands-on clinical experience, mentorship, classroom learning, and ongoing support to prepare you for professional practice.

Qualifications

• BLS obtained within 30 days of employment or during program.
• ASN or BSN in nursing from an accredited program.
• RN license or graduate nurse with a confirmed NCLEX date in the state.
• No prior experience required.
• Some travel may be required for training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in admission assessment and patient monitoring per shift.
• Document care in the patient record and follow protocols.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plans and follow-up.
