The program offers a structured, year‑long residency with hands‑on clinical experience, mentorship, classroom learning, and ongoing support to help new graduates transition into professional practice.

Qualifications

• BLS certification will be obtained within 30 days of employment or during the program.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• RN License in the State, or Graduate Nurse with NCLEX date.
• No prior nursing experience required.
• Some travel may be required for training.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting changes.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s); document care in the medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications; monitor therapeutic response and notify provider if issues arise.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate patient needs.
• Teach patients and families about condition, plan, medications, and follow‑up.
