Qualifications

• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of employment (will be acquired during the program).
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the state, with a confirmed NCLEX date.
• No previous experience needed.
• Some travel may be required for training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in line with department standards.
• Perform nursing procedures, monitoring, and documentation as directed by providers.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs to improve care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about their condition, treatment plan, and follow-up measures.
