The Nurse Residency Program offers hands-on clinical training, mentorship, and classroom learning to support a smooth transition into professional practice.

Qualifikationen

• BLS certification required within 30 days of employment (will be earned during the program).
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State with a confirmed NCLEX date.

Aufgaben

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other orders from the medical provider; document care.
• Administer prescribed medications; monitor response; notify provider if needed.
• Provide exceptional patient‑centered care; respond promptly to patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about condition, status, and treatment plan; translate complex terms for understanding.
