Blue Origin is seeking an Operations Integrator to own subsystem CONOPS, architecture, components, software, and integration with flight hardware. You will lead development testing, feed lessons learned into operational practice, and work with the Vehicle Operations Integration lead to define constraints and limits for flight readiness.

The role emphasizes thorough data handling, future-oriented thinking, and hands-on collaboration with design, manufacturing, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum a B.S. degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with mechanical or hydraulic systems and system engineering.
• Understanding of hydraulic principles and fluid power systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation
• Define product testing requirements and lifecycle interfaces
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and operations teams
• Develop test plans and acceptance criteria for Stage 1 subsystems
• Provide on-console support during tests, launches, and recovery operations
• Analyze test data and propose design improvements
• Support failure analysis and corrective actions
