Blue Origin seeks an Operations Integrator to own subsystem CONOPS, architecture, and interfaces for New Glenn. You will guide testing, documentation, and real-time support for stage 1 subsystems, collaborating with design, manufacturing, and flight teams to ensure safe, reliable operations.

You will apply system engineering principles, analyze test data, and propose improvements, while contributing to launch readiness in a demanding aerospace environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with mechanical or hydraulic systems.
• Experience with system engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in analysis, design, or testing of mechanical or fluid power systems.
• Understanding of hydraulic system principles and components.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, self-directed with multitasking.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams on complex integration.

Mansioni

• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation.
• Write operations documents defining testing requirements and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and operations for system integration.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria for Stage 1 subsystems.
• Provide real-time on-console support during tests, launches, and recoveries.
• Analyze test data and recommend design improvements; support failure analysis.
