Job summary

Blue Origin on Merritt Island is seeking an operations integrator for the New Glenn program. You will own subsystem CONOPS, define operations documentation, and work with design, manufacturing, and flight teams to ensure full integration and successful testing. The role emphasizes rigorous data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong commitment to safety and reliability in spaceflight operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with mechanical or hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of systems engineering principles and processes.
• Experience with analysis, design or testing of mechanical or fluid power systems.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation.
• Write operations documents defining testing requirements and interfaces.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and operations teams for system integration.
• Create test plans, procedures and acceptance criteria for Stage 1 subsystems.
• Provide on-console support during tests, launches and recoveries.
