Job summary

Blue Origin is hiring an operations integrator to own subsystem CONOPS, architecture, components, software, and interfaces for New Glenn programs. You will lead development testing, feed lessons learned, and support launch operations with real-time troubleshooting.

The role requires a strong engineering background, hands-on testing, and collaboration across design, manufacturing, and operations to ensure safe, reusable spaceflight systems.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related technical field.
• 4+ years in mechanical or hydraulic systems.
• Understanding of system engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in analysis, design, or integration testing of mechanical/fluid power systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulic system principles, components, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation.
• Define product testing requirements, lifecycle, maintenance, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and operations teams for system integration.
• Develop test plans and acceptance criteria for Stage 1 subsystems.
• Provide real-time on-console support for tests, launches, and recovery operations.
• Analyze test data and suggest design improvements.
• Support failure analysis and corrective actions.
