Job summary

Blue Origin seeks an Operations Integrator to Own all aspects of a subsystem's CONOPS, architecture, components, software, and integrated testing for New Glenn. You will define constraints, alerts, and limits and work with launch teams to ensure safe, reliable operations.

The role requires evaluating design, manufacturing, and operations interfaces, and providing actionable guidance from test data while supporting real-time troubleshooting during tests and launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field).
• 4+ years of proven experience with mechanical or hydraulic systems.
• Experience with system engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in at least one area of analysis, design, or integrated testing of mechanical or fluid power systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation.
• Author operations documents defining testing requirements and interfaces.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and operations teams for system integration.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria for subsystems.
• Provide real-time on-console support during tests, launches, and recoveries.
• Analyze test data and recommend design improvements.
