iFlex Stretch in Marietta, GA seeks a Studio Manager to launch and grow our new studio. This role combines sales, customer service and leadership to build founding memberships and a thriving community presence.

You'll work with the owner and franchisor, shape the studio culture, and drive memberships and retail sales from day one. A flexible schedule and growth opportunities await in a fast-paced wellness startup.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership sales or related relationship-driven sales environments preferred.
• Strong sales ability with initiative and leadership potential.
• Ability to drive membership growth and build community presence.

Responsibilities

• Build awareness and generate leads before opening.

• Attend community events and outreach opportunities.
