Job summary

Phoenix Systems, Inc. is seeking a Builder Success Coordinator to support builder partners across onboarding, launch preparation, and daily operations.

You will serve as a central contact, coordinate schedules, provide product support, and ensure communities launch smoothly. You will collaborate with Builder Development, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to prepare teams, maintain builder data in CRM, and track KPIs for satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in builder services, scheduling, account management or related fields.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and kickoff for new builders and communities, coordinating plans and readiness.
• Serve as primary liaison for assigned builders, addressing inquiries and issues.
• Assist in developing training materials and conducting product/technical training.
• Coordinate project timelines and scheduling to ensure readiness and commitments.
• Maintain accurate community records and builder data in CRM and systems.
• Track KPIs and builder metrics to identify opportunities for growth and retention.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
