Job summary

Phoenix Systems seeks a Builder Success Coordinator to support builder partners through onboarding, community setup, launch prep, and daily operations. You will serve as the central contact, coordinating scheduling, service support, system updates, and internal reporting.

You will collaborate with Builder Development, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to prepare teams and ensure communities launch smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in builder services, scheduling, account management, project coordination, customer service, or related fields.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be able to clear a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Builder Onboarding & Launch: Lead onboarding and kickoff for new builders and communities, coordinating plans and cross-functional readiness.
• Relationship & Service Management: Act as primary liaison for builders, addressing inquiries and issues, attending events as needed.
• Training & Partner Support: Assist in developing materials and conducting product training for builder teams.
• Schedule & Readiness Tracking: Coordinate project timelines and scheduling to meet commitments.
• System & Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate community records, product configurations, and builder data in CRM and systems.
• Reporting & Account Growth: Track KPIs and builder metrics to identify revenue growth opportunities and satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
