Compass Pathways is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of a novel mental health therapy across certified treatment centers in a high-travel US field-based role. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in specialty or complex therapeutic areas.
• Experience in Psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is preferred.
• Experience with Medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement, buy-and-bill and site-of-care dynamics.
• Demonstrated success launching novel therapies or operating in pre-launch environments.
• Experience working with specialty treatment centers, IDNs, academic medical centers, or complex site-of-care models.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant education to healthcare providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and guide referral pathways.
• Collaborate with treatment sites to support onboarding and delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics and patient flow considerations.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure coordinated execution.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways and provider challenges.
• Gather and communicate field insights to inform brand strategy and launch execution.
• Manage territory business planning, prioritization, and performance tracking.
