Job summary

Compass Pathways is launching a novel mental health therapy and seeks a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption at certified treatment centers. This field-based role requires building trusted relationships with psychiatrists and health systems, delivering compliant scientific education, and supporting patient access across a broad territory.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in pharma or biotech sales, with strong clinical acumen and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, preferably in specialty areas.
• Experience with psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is a plus.
• Experience launching novel therapies or working in pre-launch environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level strategy to launch and uptake a new mental health therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and healthcare systems.
• Educate providers with scientifically accurate, compliant information on disease states and therapy.
• Identify eligible patients and assist in understanding referral pathways and access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated launch execution and patient access.
