Compass Pathways is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of a novel mental health therapy at certified treatment centers across a broad territory. This field-based role requires building trust with psychiatrists, centers, and care systems while aligning with regulatory and patient access frameworks.

The candidate will blend clinical education, account management, and patient access to shape a new treatment ecosystem in mental health, with up to 70% travel and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in specialty or complex therapeutic areas.
• Strong in building relationships with healthcare providers and treatment centers.
• Experience with reimbursement, payer processes, and site-of-care dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level strategy to launch and drive uptake of the therapy.
• Develop relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems.
• Deliver accurate, compliant education to providers about the therapy and disease state.
• Identify suitable patients and support referral pathways within the territory.
• Collaborate with sites to support onboarding and treatment delivery workflows.
• Navigate scheduling, patient flow, and care delivery within sites.
