Job summary

Syneos Health in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Rare Disease to lead a new GI/Hepatology team and drive sales in a defined geography. This role requires developing territory strategies, communicating therapeutic value, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and patient access.

The ideal candidate has a strong pharma sales background (5+ years), GI/Hepatology experience, autonomy, and proficiency with CRM and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted DSE MBO and future sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customers and accounts with the goal of maximizing sales.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Achieve success in a complex, matrixed selling environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
