Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Territory Business Manager to lead a Rare Disease GI/Hepatology launch. You will develop territory plans, build physician relationships, and drive sales with compliant, data-driven messaging.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience, 3+ years GI/Hepatology/rare disease, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology/rare disease sales experience preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned geography by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish/maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Utilize data/tools to shape business decisions and territory strategy.
• Travel as needed to cover the territory and complete administrative tasks.
