Job summary

Heidi Health is seeking a hands-on Content Lead to own the Help Center end-to-end, ensuring accurate, scalable content as the product evolves. You will write, structure, and maintain documentation that supports AI-assisted tools and human agents.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support to pre-ship content for releases, and drive multilingual consistency across channels. This role blends leadership with hands-on writing.

Qualifications

• Track record of owning a knowledge base or content function end to end: structure, standards, and ongoing updates.
• Experience building a function from scratch, not just operating inside one.
• Comfort across segments/audiences and standardizing an approach across them.
• Understanding how content feeds AI-assisted tools, not just human readers.
• Strong writing; judged on content itself, not only strategy.
• Instinct to work directly with Product and Engineering rather than waiting for information.

Responsibilities

• Own the Help Center and ensure it is accurate, current, and well-structured for customers, Fin, and agents.
• Turn product changes into customer-ready content; partner with Product and Engineering for releases.
• Define how content is structured to feed AI-assisted tools and human readers; build the system as well as the content.
• Write the content personally and contribute to SOPs, not only directing others.
• Coordinate with Marketing to maintain multilingual consistency across Support and Help Center.
