Job summary

Immersive Labs is seeking a Content Strategist who will own content quality and operations within the Product organization. You’ll partner with GTM, Customer Experience, Product, and Marketing to ensure content aligns with our style guide and tone, while building AI-driven solutions to scale quality across cybersecurity content, platform copy, and marketing assets.

You’ll actively prototype, deploy, and iterate AI agents (Claude/Gemini) that help teams maintain voice, accessibility, and accuracy

Qualifications

• Experience thinking strategically about content and how it flows across an organization.
• Experience with content at scale (2+ years) including copyediting, strategy or operations.
• Hands-on with AI and building agents that improve content quality.
• Experience building or collaborating on Claude agents or automation workflows.
• Comfort using Claude Code to build agents/workflows and prompt Gemini effectively.
• Strong ability to articulate content standards and maintain consistency across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own content quality and operations within our Product organization.
• Partner with GTM, Customer Experience, Product, and Marketing to ensure content aligns with style and tone.
• Maintain high-quality content across gated cybersecurity materials, platform copy, and marketing assets.
• Build and deploy AI agents to maintain quality and consistency at scale.
• Prototype and deploy AI-powered fixes; iterate based on team feedback.
