Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking a Content Strategist III to lead the creation, management, and optimization of Help Center and support content for a global technology organization.

The role focuses on transforming complex product information into clear, user-friendly guidance, with experience in CMS, HTML editing, and managing multiple concurrent projects. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, and Operations is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital content writing and CMS.
• Experience with Help Center, knowledge bases, or tech docs.
• Hands-on CMS use and HTML editing.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading with detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent organization and communication.
• Independent worker with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish Help Center and support content in clear, user-friendly language.
• Develop and maintain technical, educational, and troubleshooting content for customers and end users.
• Support product launches through timely content creation and updates.
• Manage multiple content projects and concurrent launch schedules across subject areas.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Review and incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Conduct content audits and identify opportunities to improve user experience and self-service.
• Ensure content aligns with editorial standards, style guides, and accessibility best practices.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on user feedback and business needs.
• Coordinate localization efforts and support multilingual content publishing when applicable.
