Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to drive the launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. This role centers on prescriber activation, therapy adoption, and durable utilization within complex healthcare systems.

You will engage cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs, delivering compliant, data-driven education while navigating access barriers and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience launching or expanding complex therapies with access navigation.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience working with IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.
• Strong data-driven, strategic territory planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand launch objectives.
• Deliver clinically accurate product education to cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to align strategy.
• Travel ~30% to regional and national meetings and conferences.
