Job summary

NuvemRx seeks a Pharmacist-in-Charge and Pharmacy Manager to lead a brand-new site in Champaign, Illinois. You will partner with health center providers, manage daily operations, and shape patient care within a community setting.

You will oversee dispensing, compliance, and team development, driving growth and high-quality service for the surrounding population. This is a hands-on launch leadership role with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with Illinois license or eligibility.
• Experience managing pharmacy operations and staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with 340B programs is a plus, immunization knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations at a community health site.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (HIPAA, FWA).
• Hire, onboard, and mentor pharmacists/technicians; foster continuous learning.
• Build strong relationships with health center staff and patients to improve outcomes.
