Job summary

NuvemRx is building a brand-new pharmacy embedded in a Champaign community health center. As Pharmacist-in-Charge and Pharmacy Manager, you will lead clinical and operational aspects, shape patient experiences, and drive impact within the community.

You will partner with health center providers, manage daily operations, ensure compliance, and grow the pharmacy’s role while reporting to pharmacy leadership at NuvemRx.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with IL licensure or eligibility.
• Experience managing pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, workflow, and dispensing accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations including HIPAA.
• Hire onboard and develop pharmacy staff; foster a learning culture.
• Build a strong client relationship with the health center and team.
